The full year of services is priced up front and split into twelve level payments. Heavy months and light months cost you the same.
We Keep the Calendar
Mowing, treatments, straw, gutters, washes — scheduled and done without you asking. One crew that knows your property, one number to call.
The fair-deal clause: plans run twelve months because that’s how a whole year of work gets a level price. If you ever need to leave early, you simply settle up for services already performed at our standard one-time rates — no penalties, no games. It’s in the agreement, in plain English.
