Every plan is quoted to your actual property during a free walk-through. Visit counts reflect a typical Augusta-area season and flex with the weather — the work gets done, whichever week the sky allows.

What A Visit Looks Like

The Standard, Spelled Out

Mowing & Trimming

Weekly in season

Turf cut at the right height for the season, string-trimmed edges at every fence, tree, and bed, hard edges along walks and drives, and every surface blown clean before the crew leaves. If drought slows growth, we skip the cut — not the visit standard.

Fertilization & Weed Control

6 applications yearly

Pre-emergent and post-emergent applications timed to a warm-season turf program for the CSRA — feeding when bermuda is growing, defending when weeds are germinating.

Pine Straw Refresh

Spring & Fall

Fresh, clean longleaf straw laid to a full, even depth with crisp bed lines — not a thin scatter over last year’s gray. Straw comes from our own supply, so your beds get first pick, not leftovers.

Aeration

Late spring

Core aeration when warm-season turf is actively growing, relieving the compacted clay common across the Augusta area so water, air, and fertilizer actually reach the roots.

Gutters, Washing & Roof

On the calendar

Gutters cleared after pollen and after leaf drop. House and driveway soft-washed after pollen season. Roof soft-washed on a two-year rotation to remove the black algae streaks Georgia humidity grows.

Holiday Lighting

Add-on · Nov–Jan

Commercial-grade lights designed for your roofline, installed in November, serviced mid-season if a section goes dark, taken down in January, and stored by us until next year. You never touch a ladder.

Straight Answers

Questions We Actually Get

Why a 12-month plan?

Because the price is level. A whole year of work — heavy spring months and quiet winter months — is priced up front and split into twelve equal payments. A month-to-month price would have to spike every April and every November. Twelve months is what makes one number possible.

What if I need to cancel early?

You settle up for services already performed at our standard one-time rates, credited against what you’ve paid — and we part as neighbors. No penalties, no games. The one-time rate sheet is attached to every agreement, so you can see the math before you ever sign.

Does my price change mid-agreement?

No. The number we put in writing at your walk-through is your number for the full twelve months.

What happens in winter?

The calendar keeps moving: fall cleanup, gutter clearing after leaf drop, irrigation winterization, roof and exterior washes, and holiday lighting. Winter is when a lot of the non-mowing work gets done.

Do I have to be home?

No. Most customers never see us — just the results. Gate codes and pet notes go in your file at the walk-through, and the same crew comes back every time.

What’s not included?

Large construction projects — fences, water features, patios, retaining walls, turf installs — are quoted separately as one-time projects. Storm damage cleanup beyond normal debris is quoted case by case before any work starts.
